Where is my confirmation email?

If you recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Most confirmation emails are sent automatically after you place an order. Sometimes there can be a slight delay. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please send us clear photos of the product and submit your claim within 7 days of receiving your order.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Packages are shipped via PostNL and delivered within 1-3 business days on average. Within the Netherlands, orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day and you'll receive them the next day. For other destinations, please check our shipping page. If you've pre-ordered, your entire order will be shipped once it's in stock. The delivery time can be found under the pre-order product.

Can I return an item?

You have the option to return the product within 30 days of receipt. You can register your return on the website under the heading returns policy at the bottom of the page. Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days. Yes, you can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. To exchange an item, please contact us.

How do I send a return shipment?

Use the packing slip that came with your order. Include this so we know who the package is from. Then, return the package to our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I get my money back after a return?

Once we've received and approved your return, we'll process the refund via your original payment method within two business days. If you haven't received anything, please contact our customer service.
